About Pastor Sandy Blake Toles

Pastor Sandy Blake Toles was born and raise in Enid Oklahoma, the fifth child of ten children born to the late Pastor Phillip Porter Sr. and Missionary Thelma Porter. Pastor Sandy began her ministry in

Spangdahlem, Germany in 1964. She was licensed

and ordained in 1968, by the late Bishop C.C. Cox.

Sandra founded and established Love Center

Unlimited in 1979. She graduated with honors from

UNLV. She served on Community boards and foundations. She served as President and CEO of New West Side New Pioneers. She served as Program Director for the Mayor's Committee for a better community. She also served as Administrator for the federal state and local initiative for the City of Las Vegas. Sandra is the developer and founder of the safety seat device Remember Baby and is also 

author of Remember Baby and You Are Who You Sleep With.
